Alex Jones Claims Trump Committed Treason

A few days ago, President Trump did something Alex Jones called in 2009 illegal and high treason when President Obama did it. What did Trump do?

He chaired the United Nations Security Council. Oh my god the horror.

When I was an Alex Jones fan the films of his I watched the most were The Obama Deception, Fall of the Republic, and Endgame. 

Because I watched the films so many times I’ve tended to remember lines and the key moments. That’s how this particular Alex Jones whopper came to mind after President Trump chaired the United Nations Security Council.

Now back in 2009 Alex Jones claimed it was illegal and treasonous for President Obama to chair the United Nations Security Council based on pseudo constitutional claims. This was in his 2009 documentary Fall of the Republic.

This is said at the 1:24:20 mark

 “Barack Obama is the first president to hold two posts simultaneously. And there’s a good reason for that. It’s illegal. Article 1 Section 9 of the Constitution forbids any US president from serving any foreign government or institution. He swears an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. But now Barack Obama has sworn allegiance to the global government and the United Nations that he heads up.

Let that sink in real good. Barack Obama now heads the United Nations Security Council. You cannot serve two masters. And Obama isn’t. He’s selling out the last vestiges of sovereignty that this country had. This ladies and gentlemen is the destruction of our nation and it’s also high treason”.

So according to the 2009 analysis by Jones did Trump commit treason? I don’t know what to call this. Is it hypocrisy, a double standard, or a flip-flop? I haven’t found anything from Alex Jones making a big deal about Trump chairing the United Nations Security Council. Maybe because it’s not something to really be outraged about. But it is significant giving that Obama and Trump are the only US president to ever do so. Now if there’s footage of Alex Jones commenting on the summit and saying Trump looked like a leader or praising him chairing the council, that indeed would be a flip-flop and the biggest one since his flip-flop on Sarah Palin. If it's so bad why is Trump doing it? I'll be keeping my ears open for Alex Jones' comment on this.
